  • Listen to needs
  • Show houses that fit specific needs
  • Help order home inspections
  • Assist with home warranties
  • Gather contracts, addendums and other disclosures
  • Help understand the costs involved with purchasing home
  • Write offers representing interests
  • Negotiate price and terms
  • Ensure all terms & conditions of contract are met

2. Get Home Owners Insurance

  • Insurance required
  • Protects your home from hazards
  • Mortgage disability option
  • Job loss insurance option
  • Life insurance option

3. Get a Home Loan

  • Homes can be purchased with little or no money down
  • Owning builds equity
  • The value of real estate had increased over time
  • Equity in your home can be leveraged to start a business or purchase additional property
  • Prequalification: Considers income and debt, Determines money needed for down payment and closing costs, Evaluates credit history
