The following can help improve your search results:

• Keep search parameters as broad as possible - too specific of a search may result in fewer properties that match all parameters defined.
  • Any parameters you type will only return properties with an exact match for that specific data field.
• Do NOT put a suffix after numbered street names in the "Street Name" field.
  • For example:  To search for homes on 70th Street, simply enter "70" in the "Street Name" field.
