After my husband's death, I knew I did not want to have a rental property any longer. But there hadn't been any painting or repairs done for awhile plus the renters left a BIG mess. So it was going to be a job getting it ready for sale. I was already adjusting and learning to life without my husband so this seemed like a daunting task.
